It can be as simple as walking a little bit each day – something is better than nothing, and more is always better.”    This article also includes a quick video check in with Canadians to see how we can do better than the “D” we received on our fitness report card earlier this year.

In the first-ever ParticipACTION Report Card on Physical Activity for Adults, we highlighted the importance of leading an active lifestyle. More specifically, we showed that adults of all walks of life and abilities can live their best life possible simply by sitting less and moving more.
