Once a person has experienced a panic attack, there is always that dreaded fear of its unexpected and sudden return.   It can be terrifying,  but these are seven effective tools to try at that moment.    Not every tip may necessarily work for everyone, but hopefully these strategies can help or help us to assist someone who is experiencing a panic attack.

 

How to get through a panic attack

“It feels like I’m dying.” Those are the words people use to describe what a panic attack feels like. The process of addressing and managing them is a journey – there’s no immediate cure or course of action that will stop a panic attack in its tracks.
