Everyone I know is very busy. I often find the standard conversation among friends centered around our collective feeling of being behind in our never-ending to-do lists. This HBR article tells us that although guilt can feel like a motivator at times, it and it’s “close cousin,” shame, are in fact not serving us. I enjoyed the alternative strategies shared that feel far more productive than getting down on ourselves for what we haven’t done.
