We are all affected in varying ways by the ongoing pandemic.  For some, it’s anxiety, depression and insomnia to name a few.  For others, we may feel a general lack of motivation and that each day after the other is the same.  This is where the term languishing (the opposite of flourishing) enters the conversation.  This video interview by the CBC brings in professionals to explain this briefly and succinctly so that we can identify ways to cope with this particular state of mind.
