Apparently, one of the reasons we don’t go to the gym is that when we think about working out, we picture ourselves panting, red-faced, and in pain – almost like an allergic reaction.  Not exactly the definition of a fun and enjoyable activity.  Ever wonder how to exercise when it is the last thing you want to do?  As we start to near the end of the year and begin to make resolutions to exercise more next year, this article from TED may give you some thoughts on making exercise more sustainable.

Excuse #1: “I don’t have the time to exercise.” The fix: You’ve got plenty of time; the trick is being intentional about how you use it. There are 168 hours in a week. Even after you subtract 56 hours to sleep and 50 for work, you’re left with 62 hours, as business writer Laura Vanderkam points out in her TED Talk.
