With winter on the way, many Canadians may soon be feeling the affects of Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD), a type of clinical depression that follows the change in season, usually lasting from fall to spring.  Symptoms of SAD include  feeling lethargic or irritable, oversleeping, gaining weight, craving carbohydrates, withdrawing from your social circle and/or a depressed mood during the winter months.  Here are some ways to combat SAD:
