There’s no denying that some people appear to be, and are, genuinely happier than others. We may compare them with ourselves and wonder if there is something that we can do to increase our own contentment and sense of wonder in our lives. It never hurts to see what we can do to increase our own happiness and see if we can adopt a few of these 25 habits. Moving to Switzerland may not be an option but plenty of these are very achievable!

In a recent study from psychologists at UC Davis, researchers had 3 groups of volunteers keep weekly journals focused on a single topic.
