“A 10-year McKinsey study on flow found that top executives are up to 500% more productive when they’re in a state of flow.” We have all experienced how effective we can be when we get into a deeply focused state, but the modern workplace seems to be set up with constant distractions. This is a great article, giving some examples of how we can shift our approach to work so that we can create an environment that allows us to do deep work.
