This excellent article reminds us that as much as we may wish for a more stable future, uncertainty is probably the only certainty in the years ahead. We should be preparing our companies and people for more uncertainty, unpredictability, and unknowns with that in mind. To do this, we have to create cultures that don’t try to predict the future but prepare themselves in as many ways as possible. Regardless of the size of your organization, there are some great takeaways here.
