The iPhone’s new responsible-use features are a very 2018 move

Most of us would admit to relying heavily on our smartphones and spending too much time with them. We are either on our favorite apps, checking emails and notifications or simply surfing the internet instead of directly engaging with our family and friends. This new enhancement is a positive & responsible move on the part of Apple to bring awareness to our overuse of this technology. It‘s worth checking out for the sake of our health and productivity.

At Monday’s WWDC keynote, Apple announced that its upcoming operating system upgrade, iOS 12, will contain tools specifically designed to help people control how much time they-and their kids-spend with their phones. A new Screen Time feature will monitor how much time users are spending in apps and websites.
