Meditation 101: A Beginner’s Guide

More and more scientific articles are coming out touting the benefits of meditation for everything from reducing stress and pain to increasing energy. And the good news is, meditation doesn’t require a ton of time or equipment! All you need is five or ten minutes and you can meditate anywhere.  JG’s Emotional Wellness Committee organized some mini meditation sessions for our employees to try meditating over their lunch hour.
