Promoting the right people within an organization is key its long term success. Once someone is given an enhanced title, this is just the beginning of what will hopefully be a period of personal growth, empowerment and collaboration. Managers (or anyone in a position of greater responsibility or authority) need to also know what is expected of them and to be given the opportunity to have a voice, collaborate and successfully lead and inspire others around them.
