The culture of a company is not only created by both the ownership and/or management of a company but also the employees who naturally act & project how they “feel” about working for their employer. Both should be on the same path and feel a similar sense of involvement and commitment to shared passions. Yes, there is ongoing effort involved but the reward is great.
