Emotional ability is our ability to be with our thoughts, emotions and stories in ways that our compassionate and curious. Being emotionally agile allows us to be aware of our emotions, to slow down and really experience our feelings. Emotions really serve as our navigation system; they tell us what we need, they help us find our way.
