Bilingual Account Representative

The Account Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Maximum Benefit clients, plan administrators, advisors, and internal business partners.  The primary focus of this role is to assist our internal and external partners with inquiries received via phone and email in a prompt and professional manner while delivering a high level of service.

In addition, this role will also assist with handling a variety of reports on a weekly and monthly basis along with supporting the processing and implementation teams when needed.  This role offers a hybrid work schedule, combining both in-office and remote work.

The assigned hybrid shift for this role will be 8:30am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday and is in Winnipeg, Manitoba only.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communications skills in both French and English (oral and written) is required
  • Previous customer service experience required
  • Exceptional customer service and active listening skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy are crucial
  • Ability to multitask and handle competing priorities
  • Effective problem solving, analytical and resolution skills
  • Ability to quickly adapt and be comfortable with change
  • Effective and well-developed organizational skills
  • Strong team player and able to work independently
  • Proficient using MS Office, GSuite an asset
  • An Insurance background is an asset
