This role is responsible for new Maximum Benefit client implementation and support. The position requires collaborating with new clients, Business Development Directors, the underwriting team, and our advisors to implement employee benefit plans. You will provide ongoing support for existing plans, including processing carrier changes, annual renewals, and other plan maintenance requests.
As the successful candidate, you are analytical with an eye for details, empathetic, and a thoughtful professional who gets things done.
*Hybrid working model based out of our Winnipeg, MB office, with three days in-office per week.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years’ experience in a client service or administrative role (ideally in insurance or financial services)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong focus on the customer experience
- Superior attention to detail, and organized, methodical approach to completion of tasks
- Able to effectively manage competing priorities and handle high volumes of work
- Demonstrated problem solving, analytical and mathematical skills
- Ability to approach projects with enthusiasm, determination, and a solution-oriented mindset
- Proficient using MS Office programs
- Previous experience with group benefit plan administration is an asset
- Fluency in French (oral and written) is a significant asset

Bilingual Account Representative, Maximum Benefit

You will be responsible for providing administration support to our French clients across the country. Your primary duties will include handling the clients’ administration inquiries; looking after new group set-ups and amendments; reviewing carrier changes; meeting with the Underwriting team regarding insuring company applications; communicating with the insuring companies; and renewing rate sheets.
Qualifications:
- Ability to communicate fluently in French and English (oral and written) is required
- Three to five years’ experience working with group insurance benefits is preferred
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong multi-tasking skills
- Strong communication and problem solving skills
- Ability to handle high volumes and competing priorities
- Effective and well developed organizational and customer service skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
- Proficient using MS Office
- Strong team player with the ability to work independently
