The Administrative Assistant will support and assist the senior leadership team. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organization skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to handle a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks in a fast-paced environment.
As the successful candidate, you will manage calendars and events. You are known for your ability to constantly look for new improvements and ways to manage projects and time more effectively. You take full ownership of tasks, providing regular updates and finding solutions to potential roadblocks. You bring a ‘how can I help’ attitude, are resourceful, and enjoy supporting a high-performing executive team.
*This position requires full-time, in-office work and is not eligible for a hybrid arrangement
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of relevant experience in an administrative/professional support role
- Proficiency managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and facilitating communication between various stakeholders
- Experience drafting, editing, and reviewing correspondence, presentations, and documents
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, ability to effectively convey information and build relationships
- Demonstrated strong organizational capabilities with the ability to handle multiple priorities and fluctuating workloads, while adhering to strict deadlines
- Excellent decision-making, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated customer service mindset and strong active listening skills
- Ability to deal with highly sensitive, confidential information and situations in a discreet and professional manner
- Proven capability to coordinate and manage concurrent projects and assignments
- Energetic and highly motivated with a positive, collaborative and confident attitude
- Established expertise with various software applications and tools
