They&#8217;re Redefining Success."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>There has been lots of discussion surrounding the &#8220;Great Resignation&#8221; trend that the pandemic has created.\u00a0 It turns out that it&#8217;s a lot less about burnout, and a great deal more about self-reflection.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"embedly-card\" data-card-controls=\"1\" data-card-align=\"center\" data-card-theme=\"light\">\n<h4><a href=\"https:\/\/www.inc.com\/arianna-huffington\/people-arent-just-quitting-their-jobs-theyre-redefining-success.html\">People Aren&#8217;t Just Quitting their Jobs. They&#8217;re Redefining Success<\/a><\/h4>\n<p>It&#8217;s being called &#8221; the Great Resignation&#8221; and &#8220;the Great Awakening.&#8221; The terms are being used to describe a global phenomenon in which, as we begin to emerge from the pandemic, a record number of people are quitting their jobs.
