As a growing organization, we are looking for a strong people-leader with demonstrated capabilities in leading a department by encouraging and supporting initiatives as well as coaching and developing relationships.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performance management, reviewing and managing workloads, and working with the team to amend or introduce procedures to streamline efficiencies. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to, supporting initiatives related to our internal and external customers’ needs, and mentoring the team in their daily roles.


  • Exceptional leadership abilities with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a leadership role

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Industry education (CEBS, LOMA, HIAA) is an asset
