The successful candidate will be responsible for performance management, reviewing and managing workloads, and working with the team to amend or introduce procedures to streamline efficiencies. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to, supporting initiatives related to our internal and external customers’ needs, and mentoring the team in their daily roles.
