Bilingual Benefits Implementation and Maintenance Administrator

This position is responsible for new Maximum Benefit client implementation and support. In addition, this role acts as an account representative to an assigned group of clients.

As the successful candidate, you will collaborate with new clients, Business Development Directors, underwriting, and our advisors to implement employee benefit plans. You will provide ongoing support for existing plans, including processing carrier changes, annual renewals, and other plan maintenance requests. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our internal and external clients through general phone and/or email inquiries.


  • Ability to communicate fluently in French and English (oral and written) is required
  • Experience working with group benefits is preferred
  • Attention to detail and accuracy are required
  • Ability to work as part of a team or independently
  • Effective and well-developed organizational skills
  • Ability to handle high volumes of work and competing priorities
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), with a strong focus on customer service
  • Effective problem solving, analytical and mathematical skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
  • Proficient using MS Office
